Where is the murder charge ??? « Virginian Opinions

Ok, I didn’t know Marcia Powell. Apparently the only thing we have in common other than a last name, are medical problems. After reading this article though, http://blogs.phoenixnewtimes.com/bastard/2010/09/marcia_powells_death_unavenged.php , from the Phoenix New Times, I have to ask “Where are the murder charges?”. At the very least there should be a prosecution for negligent manslaughter. This isn’t some third or fourth world country. This occurred in Arizona. I want to be confident that if I ever run afoul of the law and have to serve time as an inmate, particularly for something as minor as prostitution, that my incarceration will not kill me…
