I was just talking the other day to a lady who works with people with mental illnesses and helps them gaining employment. She was saying how hard it was when many schizophrenic people end up with a record for resisting arrest when police and transit guards don’t understand the nature of their illness. So sad, and such an obvious discrimination and yet people ignore it!
Sorry, I meant people living with schizophrenia.
