There’s a Skeptic’s Dictionary for Kids…

This is something that I wish I had access to when I was a kid, and a recent project by Bob Carroll and others…

It’s a website that can be understood by anyone, the Skeptic’s Dictionary for Kids, couched in language just for youngsters, a good resource for budding critical thinkers on what science has to say about the paranormal, with no mention of any god or any religion.

Words like “Woo” and “Pseudoscience” are notably absent, which is good for purposes of proper tone for kids I suppose, but I’ve no complaints about it myself.

Speaking of tone, the text doesn’t talk down to the young, simply leaving out the put-offish adult jargon for clarity.
