G’day… I may have just saved my return to college this summer, which is good… Getting some work done at the dentist, less costly, soon, to delay the need for the more costly work later. It’ll cost more in the long term, but it will buy me time, and allow me to focus on my education in both the short and long term. Very good, I think.

This week’s images are courtesy of Mandelbulber, using some bizarre macromutations of older parameter sets that produce far better images than their old forms, and more quickly too, without sacrificing image quality. The 3rd and 4th images were generated using a hybrid hypercomplex/quaternion parameter set, far superior to the version it was modified from.
